- Transactional data: collection schedules, payment attempts, success/failure codes, and reconciliation records.
- Usage data: login events, device details, browser, IP address, and activity logs for security and performance monitoring.
How we use your data
We use data to process mandates, verify authentication requests, reconcile settlements, and provide operational reports to lenders. This also enables fraud detection, system health monitoring, and customer support.
Data sharing
We share data with banks, NPCI partners, and authorized processors only as required to execute mandate collections. We do not sell or market personal data to third parties.
